Valley Wellness is a fee-for-service practice, and our patients are expected to pay in full at time of service. Unfortunately, most insurance carriers do not reimburse for many of the wellness treatments available at our clinic and therefore, it is not feasible to participate with insurance at this time. We do accept all the major credit cards to help with payment.
Medicare and Medicaid – Dr. Castro does not participate with Medicare or Medicaid so you may not submit for reimbursement of any services.
Private Insurance Carriers – Dr. Castro does not participate with any private insurance carriers. You will be provided with the codes on your receipt that you can use to file for reimbursement. The extent of your reimbursement will depend on the insurance plan, whether you have met your deductible, and your co-payments and co-insurance. You may want to check with your insurance company to see what is covered under your plan.
We expect at least 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.
We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Act guidelines. Unless required by law, we do not share your private medical information with any person or organization without your permission.
